Debbie Youngblood, Regional Director
Debbie Youngblood has 20 years of experience working in the field of Developmental Disabilities. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University. Prior to coming to Daybreak, she was a Program Manager at MHMR of Tarrant County working for the Developmental Disabilities Local Authority Program and before that, Director of Continuous Quality Improvement at the Fort Worth State School. She is currently a member of the
American Association of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Texas Chapter and a Volunteer and Coach for Texas Special Olympics.

Mary Smith, Area Director
Mary has over 25 years of service experience in the field of developmental disabilities. She began her career at the Mexia State School. She has since worked as a QMRP and Case Manager in the public and private sectors. She began working in the HCS program in 1997 before coming to Daybreak Community Services in November, 2000. Mary graduated from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and The University of Texas at Tyler, Texas with a Masters Degree in Vocational Education.
